The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Olympia Regional Airport Runway Diagram Print
Olympia Regional prints as a lopsided X. Runway 17/35, 5,500 by 150 feet of asphalt, runs top to bottom with a slight lean, and 08/26, 4,157 by 150 feet, cuts across it at a shallow angle high on the field, meeting it in the upper third rather than at the middle. That offset crossing is what makes the composition work: the shorter strip leaves a long tail of 17/35 running down through open space, while taxiways, aprons and rows of hangars pile into the northeast corner and give the drawing its one dense quarter. Field elevation is 208 feet.
The field is small enough to read in a glance and old enough to have a story behind the lines. It was built in 1928, and in 1941 it served as a satellite of nearby McChord Field. In 1942 it hosted the 37th Flying Training Squadron, and it returned to the City of Olympia in 1947.
