How is your information used?

Generally, AirportPrints uses information to provide and improve the Services, process transactions, personalize user experience, support AI-enabled operations, conduct analytics, and carry out relevant marketing.

Specifically, AirportPrints may use personal information for these reasons:

  • Providing the Services, such as operating the Website, processing and fulfilling orders, arranging shipping and fulfillment, managing returns and replacements, and responding to support requests.
  • Improving the Services, such as understanding how users interact with the Website, evaluating performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving product offerings and workflows.

  • Aggregate and deidentified uses, meaning AirportPrints may create aggregated, pseudonymized, or deidentified information that does not reasonably identify you and may use that information for lawful business purposes.
  • Other uses due to your request, consent, or as otherwise authorized by law.

How do AI tools and automated interactions work?

AirportPrints uses AI-powered tools and agents in connection with product discovery, customer support, communications, and operational workflows. As described in the Terms of Service, some or all of your interactions with AirportPrints may occur through automated systems rather than a human representative.

AirportPrints may use personal information, order details, chat logs, support communications, and other interaction data to develop, improve, test, monitor, and refine its AI systems, prompts, workflows, and automated tools, subject to applicable law.

Because AI systems can generate inaccurate or incomplete information, AirportPrints may also use your information to review, validate, troubleshoot, audit, and improve AI-generated outputs and system performance.

Do we use cookies or automated technologies?

Like many websites, AirportPrints and its partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to automatically collect device, browser, internet, and usage information when you use the Website.

Collected data may include identifiers, browser and device information, IP-based approximate geolocation, date and time of access, pages visited, clickstream information, advertising interactions, and similar information. AirportPrints may use this information to operate the Website, personalize the user experience, understand how the Services are used, measure the effectiveness of marketing, and support analytics and advertising.

AirportPrints uses analytics tools and similar technologies in addition to basic site functionality. These tools may include first-party analytics and session replay technologies, such as tools that help AirportPrints understand how users navigate the Website, which pages or features are used, where errors occur, and how to improve Website performance and user experience. Session replay technologies may record information about your interactions with the Website, such as page views, clicks, scrolling, navigation paths, and similar usage activity. AirportPrints configures these tools to avoid capturing or to mask certain sensitive inputs where reasonably feasible. In addition, payment card data is processed by third-party payment processors, and AirportPrints does not use session replay tools to intentionally capture full payment card information.

Depending on the tools used, analytics, session replay, advertising, and similar technologies may allow AirportPrints and its partners to collect information about your use of the Services over time and, in some cases, across different websites, apps, devices, and services.

Online behavioral advertising, retargeting, remarketing, and other forms of interest-based advertising may occur on the Website and through third-party technologies.

You may be able to opt out of certain cookie-based advertising, analytics, session replay, and similar tracking technologies through your browser settings, device settings, industry opt-out tools, Global Privacy Control signals where recognized, and the “Your Privacy Choices” link made available on the Website.

How is your information disclosed to others?

Generally, AirportPrints discloses information for the same business and commercial reasons that it collects and uses information, such as to provide and improve the Services, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and support relevant marketing.

Specifically, AirportPrints may disclose information under these circumstances:

  • To service providers and vendors, such as Stripe, hosting providers, print-on-demand and fulfillment vendors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising and marketing partners, email and SMS providers, AI and automation providers, fraud prevention providers, and professional advisors, and website security and anti-abuse providers such as Google reCAPTCHA, in order to operate the Services and support business operations.
  • To advertising, analytics, and marketing partners, who may receive identifiers, device information, online activity information, and similar data to support ad targeting, retargeting, attribution, audience measurement, and campaign performance, analytics, session replay, and related measurement or troubleshooting activities.
  • To related parties, in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, bankruptcy, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar business transaction.
  • To legal parties, where disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of AirportPrints, users, vendors, or others.
  • To others, due to your request, with your consent, or as otherwise authorized by law.

Sales, sharing, and targeted advertising disclosures

Depending on the technologies and partners AirportPrints uses, certain disclosures of cookie identifiers, device information, online activity information, and similar data to advertising, analytics, and social media partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

AirportPrints provides a “Your Privacy Choices” link on its Website to give users a way to exercise applicable opt-out rights relating to cookie-based advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, and similar data uses. Submitting an opt-out request through available tools may limit certain advertising-related disclosures going forward, subject to applicable law, browser or device settings, and technical limitations.

User Reviews, Testimonials, and Public Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, or other user content, AirportPrints may display that content publicly, including together with your name, first name and last initial, city, or other information you choose to include. Please do not submit information you do not want made public. AirportPrints may also use reviews, testimonials, and feedback for advertising, promotional, and business purposes, as described in the Terms of Service.

Payment Processing

AirportPrints uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process transactions. AirportPrints does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers, but it may receive limited payment-related information such as billing details, payment status, card type, and transaction identifiers from the payment processor. Your payment information is also subject to the payment processor's terms and privacy practices.

How is your information protected and retained?

AirportPrints uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and AirportPrints cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using the Services in a secure manner and for safeguarding your own devices, accounts, and communications.

AirportPrints retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, complete transactions, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve AI systems and operations, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, the sensitivity of the data, the likelihood of litigation, and legal or operational requirements.

Do we collect information about children?

The Website may be accessed by users of any age, but AirportPrints does not knowingly sell products to children under 18 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, as described in the Terms of Service. AirportPrints does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner that would trigger obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act without appropriate notice or consent mechanisms. If AirportPrints becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, it will take reasonable steps to delete that information. Parents or guardians who believe a child may have provided personal information inappropriately may contact AirportPrints using the contact information below.

What are your privacy rights?

Certain privacy laws may grant users rights relating to their personal information, depending on the user’s state or country of residence and subject to applicable law. If applicable, you may have the right to:

  • Access certain personal information and request information about the categories of data collected, the sources of that data, the purposes for collection and use, and the categories of third parties to whom data is disclosed;
  • Delete certain personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Receive a copy of certain personal information in a portable format;
  • Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, or marketing practices where required by law;
  • Appeal a denial of certain privacy requests where required by law; and
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To exercise applicable privacy rights, you may use the “Your Privacy Choices” link on the Website or contact AirportPrints at legal@airportprints.com. AirportPrints may take steps to verify your identity before responding to a request and may deny or limit requests as permitted by law.

If applicable law requires an appeals process and AirportPrints denies your request in whole or in part, AirportPrints will provide instructions on how to appeal.

Do Not Track and Similar Signals

Some browsers and devices offer privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” settings. Because the legal and technical treatment of these signals is evolving, AirportPrints may recognize certain legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable and technically feasible.

Third-party websites and services

The Services may link to third-party websites, tools, social media platforms, and services that are not operated by AirportPrints. AirportPrints is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data practices of those third parties. Users should review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing information to them.

The Website may also use third-party tools designed to protect forms and the Website from spam, fraud, and abuse, such as Google reCAPTCHA. Where reCAPTCHA is used, information may be collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's terms and privacy practices. AirportPrints may provide additional notice where reCAPTCHA appears on the Website.
