Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Garden City Regional Airport Runway Diagram Print
Garden City Regional Airport works two concrete runways, and the print is built on the way they meet. Runway 17/35 is 7,299 by 100 feet and stands as a long, near vertical spine; runway 12/30 is 5,700 by 100 feet and falls in from the northwest as a diagonal, cutting across the longer strip well below center. That crossing sits in the southern third of the layout, so the two lines make a lopsided X rather than a balanced cross, and the upper half of the sheet belongs to the long runway and the apron beside it. Field elevation is 2,891 feet above sea level and magnetic variation is 5E. Terminal, apron and hangar rows stack in a narrow column along the east side of 17/35, which loads the fine linework onto one edge and leaves the rest of the composition quiet.
The field started out military. During World War II the United States Army Air Forces used it as a training airfield under Army Air Forces Flying Training Command, Gulf Coast Training Center, and it was known then as Garden City Army Airfield. The main airfield and its auxiliaries closed in November 1945 and were declared excess by the military on 18 May 1947, after which civil authorities developed the main field into Garden City Regional Airport. That inheritance had one strange consequence on September 11, 2001: when domestic flights were ordered down, three large jets were sent here because it was the closest airport big enough to take them, and with no stairs tall enough for airliners the passengers came off on Garden City Fire Department ladder trucks.
Airline flying here reaches back further still. Continental Airlines began serving Garden City in 1939 as a stop between Denver, Colorado and Wichita, Kansas, using an older municipal field east of town until 1947, when flights moved to the current airfield. The airport sits nine miles southeast of Garden City in Finney County and covers 1,848 acres, and the print keeps that spread legible: runway designators, lengths and widths follow the published figures, while taxiways and apron edges are reduced to flat geometry over the ground tone you choose.
