The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Tonopah Airport Runway Diagram Print
Tonopah sits at 5,430 feet with two asphalt runways: 15/33 at 7,160 by 75 feet, and 11/29 at 5,660 by 50 feet. On the print those two strips nearly touch at the top of the sheet and then open downward into a long, narrow V, with a wide field of empty paper trapped between them. It is the kind of geometry that does not need decoration to hold a wall.
Runway 15/33, the longer of the pair, drops almost straight down the sheet with a slight lean to the right, and its 15 and 33 numerals sit at the ends as small reversed labels. Runway 11/29 peels away from the same upper corner and runs down to the lower right, ending at the 29 threshold well out toward the margin. A pale apron rectangle runs the length of the left side, and a thin taxiway line loops around the bottom and up the right edge, closing the whole thing into a soft wedge. The result reads as a single confident shape rather than a busy diagram, which is why it works at larger sizes.
The field incorporates the former Tonopah Army Airfield, a World War II installation, and it covers 3,820 acres of Nye County ground seven nautical miles east of the central business district of Tonopah. That scale is part of the appeal here: a lot of runway, very little clutter. It hangs well next to another Great Basin sheet, whether that is Bishop over the California line or Las Vegas down south, and it is composed the same way in whichever colorway you choose.
