The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Philip Billard Municipal Airport Runway Diagram Print
Philip Billard Municipal (TOP) is a two runway field, and on the print those two runways cross high on the sheet in a narrow, lopsided X. Runway 13/31 is the long one at 5,099 feet by 100 feet, cutting from upper left down to the lower right across most of the composition. Runway 18/36 drops almost straight down the page at 4,331 feet by 75 feet. Because the junction sits near the north ends of both, the diagram reads as two short stubs above the crossing and two long legs running away below it.
Most of the built structure sits west of runway 18/36: apron pavement, taxiway loops, and dense rows of small hangars and tiedowns rendered as a fine grain of rectangles that plays against the two clean black bars. The airport covers 920 acres, and the eastern side of the drawing stays open, so the visual weight gathers left of center while the 31 end runs off toward the bottom right corner. In 2019 the field logged 16,447 aircraft operations, an average of 45 a day, with 77 aircraft based there, and that western cluster of parked rows is what a number like that looks like on paper.
The airport opened to the public in 1940 in the Oakland neighborhood of Topeka, and it carries the name of Philip Billard, a captain in the Kansas Air National Guard who was charged with forming the state's first aviation unit in 1916 and who died in 1918 while test flying in France. Commercial airline flights ended in 1976, when that traffic moved to the field known as Topeka Regional. The sheet itself stays with the geometry: the two runways, the taxiway grid, elevation 881 feet, and the coordinates set under the identifier in the lower right.
