The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Oakland County International Airport Runway Diagram Print
Oakland County International draws as two long parallel runways stacked close together, with one short strip standing upright just past their east ends. On the print, 9R/27L is the lower and heavier line at 6,521 by 150 feet, 9L/27R sits directly above it at 5,676 by 100 feet, and 18/36 is the odd one out: 2,582 by 75 feet, turned across the flow. All three are asphalt. The caption block carries the identifier, the coordinates and the field elevation of 981 feet.
The field opened in 1928 as Pontiac Municipal Airport, on 160 acres the city had bought that same year. Oakland County government took ownership in 1967, and the county board gave the airport its current name in 1996. Today it is a county owned, public use field in Waterford Township covering 750 acres, and the print shows why that acreage matters: the gray between the runways is dense with taxiway loops, apron, and long ranks of hangar rows along the north side. This is not a two line diagram with empty space around it.
As art, the layout reads as a firm left to right spine with a deliberate interruption. The parallels give you the long horizontal, close enough together to look like one thick band from across a room and clearly separate up close, while the short 18/36 bar at the right edge keeps the composition from settling into a plain pair of stripes.
