The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Morristown Municipal Airport Runway Diagram Print
MMU is a two runway field, and the print draws both of them meeting in a long, lopsided X. Runway 05/23 is the dominant stroke, 5,998 by 150 feet of asphalt running from the bottom of the sheet up to the top right corner, with the 23 threshold sitting alone in open space. Runway 13/31 is shorter at 3,997 by 150 feet and cuts the other way, from upper left down to the right, so the two cross low and right of center rather than politely in the middle. That off center crossing is what makes the composition work on a wall: one long diagonal, one shorter counter diagonal, and a dense cluster of taxiways, aprons and hangar shapes packed into the west side while the rest of the sheet stays quiet.
The field sits in Morris County, three miles east of downtown Morristown and 40 miles west of Manhattan, New York City, at an elevation of 187 feet. Its history has more turns than the layout suggests. An airport for Morristown was announced in 1929, the site opened in the early 1930s, and the Great Depression kept early activity slow. In 1936 Hugo Eckener visited while the field was under consideration as the eastern hub for the Zeppelin Company, a plan the Hindenburg Disaster ended the following year. The first control tower went up in 1950, a retired wooden tower bought from Teterboro that ran the field through that decade. In 2002, several hundred planes were based here, one of the busiest general aviation airports in the United States.
Jet Age expansion is the reason the main runway reads so long on the page: the extension took it to 5,998 feet, and the airport covers 625 acres today. A national airport systems plan for 2011 through 2015 called it a general aviation reliever.
