Georgetown Executive Airport Runway Diagram Print

Georgetown Executive has two runways, and on this print they cross in a lopsided X that sits low and left of the sheet. Runway 18/36 runs the long way down the page at 5004 feet by 100 feet of asphalt, tilted just off vertical. Runway 11/29 comes in from the upper left on a diagonal, 4099 feet by 75 feet, and passes under the longer strip about a third of the way up. The published magnetic variation of 6E is part of why the north-south strip leans the way it does.

The asymmetry is what makes this one work on a wall. A neat plus sign or a clean single strip is easy to read and easy to forget, but this crossing is off center, the two arms are different weights, and everything built up on the field crowds the right side: taxiway loops, apron, and a dense run of hangars and buildings stacked along the eastern edge. The whole left half of the composition stays open. Hung as a pair or a trio, that empty space does the work, and the eye lands on the intersection first.

Elevation is set at 790 feet and printed with the coordinates under the GTU letterform, so the sheet reads as a document rather than decoration. The pavement is drawn dark against the field, the support structures sit back in a lighter tone, and the contrast holds up in whichever colorway you choose.
