The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Pryor Field Regional Airport Runway Diagram Print
Pryor Field Regional reads as one long line. The print draws a single asphalt runway, 18/36, at 6,107 by 100 feet, running almost straight up the frame with the 18 numerals at the top and 36 at the bottom. Everything else is support: a parallel taxiway hugging the west side, a row of connector stubs stitching it back to the runway, apron pads and hangar blocks stepping down the left edge, and one separate apron and building group set off to the east near the 36 end. On a wall, that single dark stroke against pale ground does the work of a strong vertical rule, which is why a one runway field often hangs better than a busy one.
The field opened in 1941 as a square all-direction turf landing ground and began training United States Army Air Corps flying cadets under contract to Southern Airways, Inc. and Southern Aviation Training School, Inc. It was inactivated in 1944 and later became a civil airport. A new terminal building opened in 2008 at the north end of the field, part of a project that also lengthened the runway to take larger jets. In 2010 the pilot training site was added to the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage. The current geometry, one strip and its taxiway, is the plain result of that history.
The airport sits three miles northeast of the central business district of Decatur and south of Athens, in Limestone County, and it is owned by the Pryor Field Airport Authority. It is next to Calhoun Community College and serves the western portion of the Huntsville-Decatur Combined Statistical Area. Field elevation is 592 feet, printed under the identifier along with the coordinates.
