The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

West Virginia International Yeager Airport Runway Diagram Print
CRW is a single runway field, and the print reads that way: one dark strip, 5/23, running corner to corner from the 5 threshold at lower left to the 23 threshold at upper right. The published dimensions are 6,715 by 150 feet of asphalt, and at that proportion the runway lands on the page as one long uninterrupted diagonal, broken only where a taxiway stub crosses it toward the 5 end. The threshold numbers sit in white inside each end, and they are the only text anywhere on the field itself.
Everything else is grey, and that is where the composition gets its weight. A web of taxiways and aprons hangs off the south side of the runway, tightens into ramp and terminal blocks near the middle of the sheet, then trails down and to the right along a second long lane. That lane is the old secondary runway, 15/33, which was converted into taxiway C, so the drawing still carries the shape of a runway the field no longer uses. Building footprints cluster in darker grey at the terminal and again at the far end of that lane, giving the lower half of the print texture the runway alone could not supply.
The airport opened in 1947 as Kanawha Airport and was renamed in 1985 for Chuck Yeager, a native of nearby Lincoln County who piloted the world's first supersonic flight in the Bell X-1. It sits on a hilltop a few miles east of downtown Charleston, above the valleys of the Elk and Kanawha Rivers, and the hill drops off sharply on all sides, which is why the plotted footprint is compact and angular instead of sprawling. In 2021 Marshall University's Bill Noe Flight School was founded here. An Engineered Materials Arresting System was built at the end of Runway 5, the end that anchors the lower left corner of the sheet.
The title block sets CRW, the city line and the 947 foot field elevation quietly in the lower right, so the diagonal keeps the eye. It hangs well on its own over a desk or a stair wall, and it groups cleanly with the Huntington and Parkersburg fields if you want a West Virginia set.
