The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Rocky Mountain Metro Airport Runway Diagram Print
Rocky Mountain Metro works three runways, and the print gives you all three: two long parallels on a northwest to southeast diagonal, plus a shorter strip cutting across both of them. 12L/30R is the primary at 9,000 by 100 feet, drawn as the upper of the two parallels. 12R/30L sits just below it at 7,002 by 75 feet. Runway 3/21, 3,600 by 75 feet, crosses both at a steep angle right of center, and that crossing is what makes the composition hold together: two heavy strokes kept apart, one shorter stroke pinning them.
The field sits at 5,673 feet above sea level. It is a public use airport in Broomfield, Colorado, owned and operated by Jefferson County, set midway between Denver and Boulder on U.S. Highway 36 and about 16 miles northwest of Denver's central business district. It covers 1,700 acres. The name is younger than the airfield, which was Jefferson County Airport (Jeffco) until the renaming in 2006. The runway numbers are younger still: they were changed in 2014 to follow a shift in magnetic variation, which is why the print reads 12 and 30 instead of the older 11 and 29.
A national airport systems plan for 2011 through 2015 categorized the field as a reliever, and the working side of that shows up in the gray: ramp edges, taxiway loops and dense rows of hangars packed into the southeast half, while the northwest end stays open and quiet. The Jeffco Airtanker Base has run regional aerial firefighting from here since 1983, and in 2014 that operation moved for a few months to the regional airport at Fort Collins while runways were repaved. At a larger size the long diagonal carries a wall on its own, the hangar blocks reward a closer look, and the colorway you choose decides whether it reads as a quiet drafting study or a bold graphic.
