The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

McNary Field Runway Diagram Print
McNary Field has two asphalt runways, and on this print they cross high on the field in a narrow, lopsided X. Runway 16/34 runs almost straight down the sheet, 5,146 ft long and 100 ft wide. Runway 13/31 cuts across it on a diagonal, 5,811 ft long and 150 ft wide, and carries on past the intersection toward the lower right corner, where the 31 numeral sits well below everything else. Field elevation is 213 ft. The two strips meet close to the top of the drawing rather than at the middle, which is what gives the composition its off-balance tension.
The airport sits two miles southeast of downtown Salem, in Marion County, and the city owns it. It is named for U.S. Senator Charles L. McNary of Oregon. Salem renamed it Salem-Willamette Valley Airport in 2024. Runway 13/31 is the instrument runway, served by an ILS, and a control tower built in 1973 (a square shaft topped with a hexagonal cab) watches over the ramp. Scheduled flying here has come and gone: United Airlines ran a roundtrip that strung San Francisco, Medford, Salem and Portland onto one line before it was discontinued in 1980, and all passenger airline service into McNary Field ended in 1993.
As wall art, the appeal is the contrast between the two black runway bars and the soft grey web of taxiways, aprons and hangar rows packed along the western edge.
