Runway 13/31 runs the full diagonal of the field at 8,001 feet by 150 feet, the primary paved surface, plotted to scale from the airport's actual layout. Two shorter runways cross it, 06/24 near the south end at 2,701 feet and 02/20 closer to midfield at 2,609 feet, their southwest ends drawing near each other to form the compact triangle that gives the field its shape.

The field sits about four miles north of historic St. Augustine, in St. Johns County, and today goes by Northeast Florida Regional Airport, a public field managed by the county's airport authority with both commercial and general aviation terminals. On the print, the terminals, aprons, and the long rows of hangars along the south side read as pale shapes against the ground tone you choose, so the geometry of the runways stays the focus.

There is more history here than the quiet layout lets on.
