Fine Art Print: pigment giclée printing on heavyweight 330 gsm (17 mil), 100% cotton Hot Press paper, on regularly calibrated giclée printers. The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.

Dimensions

Fine Art Print: 8 x 10, 16 x 20, and 24 x 30 inches.

Made like something you keep.

The field itself

This is Globe's own layout, the way its runways run and the taxiways thread between them, composed into a print you will want to look at every day. Not a stock template with a new name on it.

Museum-quality cotton paper

Heavyweight 330 gsm, 100% cotton Hot Press paper, acid-free and archival-grade. Its high color gamut and black density give the runways real depth, and pigment inks keep the fine detail crisp on a smooth matte surface.

Solid wood framing or glossy metal

Frame it in 1.25 inch solid wood, black, white or natural oak, with the white beveled mat, optical-grade clear acrylic and hanging wire included. Or choose glossy metal: dye sublimation into aluminum, floated about 3/4 inch off the wall on a hidden mount.

San Carlos Apache Airport Runway Diagram Print

San Carlos Apache (P13) has one runway, 09/27, 6,500 feet long and 100 feet wide, asphalt, and the print hands that single strip the entire page. It runs as one long diagonal, high on the left at the 09 end and dropping to the 27 end on the right, with the two designators set in small type inside the pavement. Nothing competes with it. A lone diagonal across a wide margin is about as calm as an airport diagram gets, and it reads as a graphic line first, a runway second.

Look closer and the supporting geometry shows up: a taxiway tracks the strip for its full length, short connectors step between the two, and a cluster of apron shapes and small buildings gathers near the middle of the field. Those pale grey forms sit against the dark runway and give the composition its only real texture. The ident block in the lower corner carries the field name, Globe, Arizona, the coordinates 33.3531 N 110.6674 W, and the elevation, 3,261 feet. Magnetic variation at the field is 12E, which is part of why the ends read 09 and 27.

The artwork is plotted from published airport information, so the proportions on the wall follow the published dimensions of the field rather than a stylized guess. The Mesa print and the Chandler print can hang beside this one if you want more than a single frame on the wall. Whichever colorway you choose, the shape stays the same: one strip, one long angle, plenty of quiet around it.

Globe (P13) print, common questions

How many runways does San Carlos Apache have?

One. It is designated 09/27 and measures 6,500 feet by 100 feet with an asphalt surface. The print draws that one strip as a single diagonal, and the 09 and 27 markings appear at opposite ends of the pavement.

How long is the runway at P13?

6,500 feet, and 100 feet wide. Those are the published figures behind the shape you see, which is why the strip is drawn long and narrow rather than stubby.

What is the field elevation, and where is P13?

The field sits at 3,261 feet above sea level at Globe, Arizona, coordinates 33.353139 N, 110.667361 W. The elevation and coordinates are printed in the ident block in the lower corner of the artwork.

What do the numbers 09 and 27 mean?

They are the two ends of the same runway, named for the magnetic alignment each end faces, which is why they differ by 18. Take off toward 09 and you are pointed roughly east; roll the other way and it is 27. The published magnetic variation at this field is 12E.

How closely does the artwork follow the published layout?

It is plotted from published airport information, specifically NASR cycle 2610, effective 2026-09-03, so the runway proportions and the placement of the taxiway and apron follow that data. It is a composed graphic, not a technical chart, and fine details may be simplified or omitted. Pavement markings, lighting and signage are the usual things left out.

Does this make a good gift, and what formats are available?

It works for anyone with a tie to P13 or to Globe: a first solo, a based aircraft, a home field. Choose from Fine Art Print, Framed Fine Art Print, Glossy Metal Print and Digital Download, in a range of sizes. Physical pieces are made to order; the digital option is a file.
