Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Friedman Memorial Airport Runway Diagram Print
Friedman Memorial Airport works a single runway, and the print is essentially that one line: 13/31, 7,550 by 100 feet, drawn as a dark diagonal that runs from the northwest corner of the sheet down to the southeast. Field elevation is 5,320 feet above sea level and magnetic variation is 13E, so the plotted heading sits well off true north. A full length parallel taxiway shadows the runway on its southwest side and turns back on itself at each end, and the apron, terminal and hangar rows are massed along that same side through the middle of the field. The rest of the sheet is left open, so the composition is one long band with quiet space around it.
The field is named for Simon M. Friedman, a merchant and rancher who arrived in Hailey in the 1880s and served as mayor from 1909 to 1913. His children Leon and Lucile donated the land to the city in 1931 and the airport was officially recognized the following year, though historic photographs show the site had been used for aviation as early as 1916. It covers 211 acres about one nautical mile southeast of downtown Hailey, in Blaine County, and serves Ketchum and Sun Valley along with the rest of the Wood River Valley. Scheduled passenger service began in the late summer of 1960, when West Coast Airlines arrived, and its timetables through that decade list Douglas DC-3 and Piper Navajo twin props on the route.
Terrain sets the terms. The runway slopes uphill toward the north, and mountainous airspace pushes traffic into a one way in, one way out pattern, with departures predominantly to the south on runway 13 and arrivals from the south onto runway 31. Horizon Air began serving the field late in 1983 with nonstop flights to Seattle and Boise, flown by Fairchild F-27 turboprops, and regional jets returned when Delta Connection and United Express introduced Canadair CRJ-700 flights in 2013 and 2014.
As art the layout is left to speak plainly. Runway designators, lengths and widths follow the published figures, and taxiways and apron edges are reduced to flat geometry over the ground tone you choose.
