Fine Art Print: pigment giclée printing on heavyweight 330 gsm (17 mil), 100% cotton Hot Press paper, on regularly calibrated giclée printers. The paper is acid-free and archival-grade, with a smooth matte surface and the high color gamut and black density that let a dark ground and fine linework keep their depth. Supplied unframed, with no added white margin, ready for your own frame.
Framed Fine Art Print: the same cotton fine art paper in a 1.25 inch solid wood frame. A white, acid-free, 4-ply mat with a 45-degree bevel and optical-grade, shatter-resistant clear acrylic (safer to ship than glass) are included. The print is mounted to foam core for a flat presentation, with a kraft paper dust cover and installed hanging wire on the back.
Glossy Metal Print: the image is transferred by dye sublimation into polymer-coated aluminum with a glossy white base. The 1.14 mm panel has a scratch- and water-resistant surface, with a hidden inset mount that positions it about 3/4 inch off the wall. Display indoors, away from direct sunlight.

Lafayette Regional/Paul Fournet Field Runway Diagram Print
Lafayette Regional Airport carries three runways in its published figures, and the print is built around the longest of them: 4R/22L at 8,000 by 150 feet, running southwest to northeast across the whole sheet. A shorter, narrower strip, 4L/22R at 4,098 by 75 feet, lies parallel to it on the northwest side, and runway 11/29 at 5,403 by 150 feet cuts west-northwest to east-southeast and crosses both of them, making two offset intersections near the middle of the frame. Field elevation is 41 feet above sea level and magnetic variation is 3E, so the plotted headings sit close to true north.
The field opened as Lafayette Municipal Airport on November 29, 1930. On July 5, 1942 the United States Army Air Forces commandeered it and ran it as a contract primary pilot training airfield under the Gulf Coast Training Center, with the 384th Army Air Force Base Unit administering the contract to the civilian Lafayette School of Aeronautics as a sub-base of DeRidder Army Air Base. Fairchild PT-19s were the primary trainer, alongside several PT-17 Stearmans and a few P-40 Warhawks. Control passed to Third Air Force on March 24, 1944 and the mission shifted to training replacement combat aircrews, and the airfield was deactivated on September 30, 1945 and handed back to civil control.
The airport sits two miles southeast of the city in Lafayette Parish, off U.S. Highway 90 on the east side of town and close to the offshore oil and gas work in the Gulf of Mexico. Eastern Airlines flew the first airline service here in the latter 1940s, to Houston and New Orleans with intermediate stops, and ended it in 1966. In 2019 the airport handled 527,460 passengers, the highest figure in its history to that point. A new passenger terminal with five gates was dedicated on January 19, 2022 and opened for airline flights the following day, and the previous terminal came down that August.
